I have used this company for several years and the service remains excellent and professional. Over the years, they have cleaned my carpet, areas rugs, stairs and grout. Svetlin does outstanding work, is respectful of property and very pleasant. Also, the company is very transparent about pricing the job. Customer service was excellent starting from arranging the appointment, sending emails detailing the job and cost, reminder emails to confirm the appointment and giving timely updates about arrival times. Would definitely use Kwik Dry again and recommend their services.

The service was great. That said, I was quoted a price of 149 over the phone. I asked for confirmation and was given the same price by the agent. But when the cleaner arrived, he said it'd be more. I called after the service was completed to infom the company I was not given factual information and they didn't compensate me for the extra I paid. For this reason, I would not use this company again.

Hi Daniel - Thanks for letting us know about your frustration. We try to be 100% transparent about our pricing, unlike most companies, and we apologize that our new assistant did not properly communicate over the phone. $149 is our job minimum, and our full pricing, including how we measure and any possible additional charges can be found on our website. We do not have surprise fees like many companies. In your case, you booked carpet cleaning, but the area when measured came to more than our $149 minimum (job total $189), but it was cheaper than our prices noted on our website as you were given the first time customer discounts. Regardless, we very much value the feedback and we will work more with our new assistant to ensure that future miscommunications are avoided with all our customers.

The people at Kwik DryTotal Cleaning are efficient, reliable, friendly, and reasonably priced. They have cleaned my carpeted stairs, old Oriental rugs, carpeted rooms and upholstery, and I feel so much better with that clean feeling.
