Google reviewers rate the service 4.9 out of 5 based on 803 reviews. Customers frequently praise the team for punctuality, thoroughness, clear communication, and transparent pricing, noting that cleaners often accommodate last-minute requests efficiently. However, low-star reviews highlight recurring issues with unexpected upcharges, missed cleaning details, and frequent rescheduling or late arrivals that result in full service charges despite incomplete work.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They have a stellar cleaning team that is friendly and outgoing. They are not just nice but also very hard workers. It looked like they never stopped the entire time they were here. It was incredible to watch them work.
They did a very amazing job I'm so pleased with their work thank u ladies
Thanks a million for the great cleaning yesterday! I swear I couldn’t keep a clean house without your help. LA maid service is awesome! Very fast and efficient and sparkling clean.
Excellent cleaning service! The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. They paid great attention to detail and left everything spotless. Very impressed with the quality of their work and would highly recommend them!
I always love their service! Super thorough and great with communication. Even when I had a last minute need for house cleaning, they were able to accommodate me.
We had a great first experience with LA Maid Services. We picked them primarily because they were straightforward and transparent about their prices. Their website gives you the exact quote before you book anything. We hired them for a move-in clean for a house we just bought and they went deep. We weren’t home but they spent a good 5-6 hours getting everything cleaned. I forgot to take photos but it was night and day different, especially because the previous owners had pets so there was a LOT of hair and dander everywhere. I would definitely consider them for future standard home cleanings.
Great experience, thorough, kind and professional.
Scheduling was quick and easy. The price was affordable for the level of cleaning that needed to be done. The cleaners were on time and did a great/thorough clean in a reasonable amount of time. They were friendly, professional and even let the cats roam free while they cleaned. They also gave me some good advice on cleaning techniques to use between professional cleanings. I will definitely use this service again in the future.
I just used this company for a deep clean and I was really impressed with the results! I expected them to take all day but they were done in only a few hours. Not only were very thorough in their cleaning, but they were extremely communicative throughout the scheduling process and were reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone.
Good cleaning!
