Dr. Flores is amazing! She's helped our elder dog recover from multiple joint surgeries and chronic issues. Her knowledge, care and positive attitude have been life changing. We wish we would've been referred to her sooner, we truly don't know where our dog would be without her, and we're forever grateful :)
Dr. Flores is one of the most amazing veterinarians I have ever met!! She is truly a god send for our sweet Goldendoodle. After having multiple joint surgeries and several medical set backs, we were so concerned that her days of mobility and minimal pain were over. Dr. Flores has provided such incredible care for her and helped bring her back to a state of good health, limited discomfort, and significantly improved mobility. She provides very personalized and concierge style care for us and we are so grateful to have met her and have her in our lives. I highly recommend her to anyone!!
We have been with Lotus Veterinary for many years, and they have become such an important part of our dogs’ care. We’ve been especially fortunate to work with Dr. Vanessa Flores, who has helped all three of our dogs with their individual preventative care and overall wellness needs. Dr. Vanessa is truly wonderful. She has such a kind and gentle way with the dogs, and it’s very clear how much she cares about helping each of them feel their best. She has worked with them through physical therapies, acupuncture, shockwave therapy, and herbal recommendations, always taking a thoughtful and individualized approach based on what each dog needs. We have seen such positive changes in all three dogs. They are moving better, seem more comfortable, and overall are doing incredibly well. It’s incredibly reassuring to have someone we trust who knows the dogs so well and takes such a thoughtful, whole-dog approach to keeping them healthy and feeling their best. We’re so grateful for Dr. Vanessa and everything she has done for our pups, and we feel very lucky to have her as part of their care team. Totally empathetic and wonderful
I contacted Lotus Veterinary because I really didn’t want to put my cat through the stress of being put in a carrier, driven to the vet, surrounded by other animals, and having to wait to be seen. He is healthy and only needed a physical exam after I adopted him from a shelter. Dr. Dasho came to my home with his assistant and was very gentle and careful with my cat. He asked about his diet and genuinely seemed to care about his health. The appointment didn’t last as long as I expected, which was nice. Unfortunately, I did have a serious concern about the way his assistant handled my cat. She may have still been training because she seemed inexperienced with handling cats. At one point, she picked up my adult cat by the back of his neck and held him in that position while Dr. Dasho examined him. This really worried me because my cat was clearly scared, and his eyes were dilated while he was being held that way. The correct way to pick up a cat is to use two hands and fully support their chest and legs. Mother cats pick their babies up by the neck to move them around until they’re old enough to walk on their own. It was not appropriate to pick up and hold my adult cat this way during a routine exam. Seeing him so frightened was upsetting, especially when the whole reason I chose an in-home vet was to make the experience less stressful for him. I really liked Dr. Dasho and felt that he genuinely cared about my cat, but the way his assistant handled him left me very uncomfortable. Because of that experience, I don’t think I would use Lotus Veterinary again.

We have had Dr Seth and several of the Vet techs help us with injections, laser therapy, medications, nail trims and consults for our 15 yr old dog Lucy. It’s made a huge difference in her mobility and freedom as she ages. They are kind and very easy to work with.
We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Dasho and his team for the outstanding care they provided for our large, fearful dog. After several challenging experiences at a traditional veterinary office, we reached out to his team for help, and we’re so glad we did. They were kind, punctual, professional, and exceptionally skilled. Thanks to their thoughtful approach, we were able to complete all of our dog’s vaccinations with minimal stress in a convenient setting outside the home, which helped avoid territorial issues. They guided us in choosing medications to keep him calm and followed up afterward to make sure he was doing well. We were very impressed by how confidently and compassionately they handled him. They also took the time to walk us through the risks and benefits of different options, helping us make informed, personalized decisions tailored to our dog’s needs. We highly recommend Lotus to anyone looking for a low-stress alternative to a traditional vet visit.
We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Bastian, and the team from Lotus provided the most compassionate and professional care imaginable. Dr. Seth and his assistant, Ro, arrived so calm and collected, working seamlessly together like a well-oiled machine without even needing to speak. They just knew what needed to be done. They made Bastian feel completely safe and comfortable during his final moments and allowed us to surround him with our homemade bed of flowers, which meant the world to us. His remains arrived today, less than two weeks later, and everything was beautifully packaged with great attention to detail and quality. We’re so grateful for the dignity, kindness, and support they showed our family through such a difficult time. We have absolutely LOVED Lotus and their physicians, Dr. Feingenbaum and Dr. Seth! We will be forever grateful for these vets' very kind and loving care of our beloved canine angel. As a matter of fact, Dr. Feigenbaum's face is imprinted in my memory, right there with doctors that saved my parents' and my life. Yeah, she is that magical and special to us. The very best vet I have ever had. Dr. Rachel is amazing. Can't express how much I love them. They get back to you right away. The staff is amazing. Having your dog get exact care at home is a game changer. Worth every penny.
