Reviewers frequently praise the company for punctual arrival, clear communication, and fair pricing on garage floor coatings and pressure washing. Many customers highlight the professional demeanor of the crew and the efficient completion of projects within a single day. However, several negative reviews describe significant issues with missed appointments, unreturned phone calls, and unfinished deck restoration jobs, indicating a pattern of poor follow-up service.

Jack and crew were prompt , efficient and pleasant. They worked well as a team and went right to work. Our garage floor was completed in one day. We are very pleased with the finished look and would highly recommend them to others. Just this afternoon I recommended them to another neighbor. Great work guys, thank you.
Personal and friendly service. Comprehensive power wash of siding and all the trimmings.
This crew was great! Outstanding work! Highly recommend The Loud Bros. They arrived on time and stayed until the work was finished.
Jack is very responsive and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process and what to expect. His price quote was fair. The whole crew works amazingly well, cleaned everything up, and my floor looks amazing! We had to rip out all carpet because of water damage, which is why the walls are cut back in the pics. I would highly recommend them!!
We were so impressed with a statement in our final conversations made by a young worker....."Thanks for trusting us to work on your home". Wow!!!! He gets it..... of pride in home ownership and at our age that is important to us! Your guys were wonderful!!!!!! Thank you! We are glad we chose you! We would & will ....highly recommend you in our community.! Timeliness and all communication from start to finish….were excellent!
The entire engagement process, from sales to installation, was flawless. The garage floor is 65 years old. The concrete is in good shape but it was showing its age. As for the procedure, the crew ran the grinder on the garage floor and filled in the pitted areas that the grinding was unable to remove. Once completely prepped they did their magic. You can see in the before and after pictures the difference the polyaspartic floor coating made. If you are considering replacing or repairing your garage floor, have Loud Bros look at it. Jack will give an honest opinion on whether or not polyaspartic is a viable option or if other options such as replacement should be considered.
Jack, Kobe and Sean were all great. Their work and product is great and they all demonstrate excellent customer service!! They covered our garage and an outdoor patio - both are wonderful. We highly recommend Loud Bros. You won’t be disappointed.
The work crew was amazing. They worked very hard and the workmanship was perfect. I would give them an excellent rating. I felt the price was very good and the job was great
My garage floor looks amazing! Everyone is super nice and I highly recommend! Here’s a few before and after pictures,
Thank you for the kind words Kacey and for choosing us again!!!
I had my garage floor coated and it was an amazing transformation! It took one day for the actual process and the workers-Sean, Cody, and Jack,’the owner, were extremely kind and respectful! I would have them back for multiple jobs.
