From start to finish the professionalism and communication was a wonderful experience.
Joel and his team always did what they said they were going to do and were always prompt and on time. Communication was exceptional, leaving no room for doubt! The job was completed in a timely and exceptional fashion. The team cleaned up their work area at the end of each work day, which was very impressive and respectful to us!
We could not be happier with our new pergola and experience with Joel and his team.
Thank you!

Great experience with Joel Stickler and his crew at Louvered Outdoor installing our StruXure Pergola system that included some custome drainage features I requested. Joel was very meticulous and thorough in all aspects of the project meeting and exceeding my expectations which were very high. Great communication, punctuality, and craftsmanship. I highly recommend Joel and Louvered Outdoor for your pergola project.

I spent several months researching aluminum pergolas looking at both big box stores like Costco/Sams, various online retailers and a few that fall in the luxury or customizable category.
In the end, I chose to hire Louvered Outdoor and get a customized and motorized pergola from Azenco. Joel and his team here excellent from the initial meeting, to the review of proposed options, to the installation and the after install support.
We love the automation that closes the pergola in rain, the great fans from Big Ass Fans and the Bromic heaters that will allow us to utilize our outdoor patio well into the late fall and in the early pre-spring.
The wood grain look on the motorized louvers really adds a nice touch that pops and has me now thinking how I can make my covered porch ceiling match it.
This is a great addition that will had years and years of outdoor enjoyment. Thank you to Joel and the team at Louvered Outdoor.

Patrick, we appreciate your trust in our team for your project. It was a pleasure welcoming you to the Louvered Outdoor family and creating a space that enhances your time spent outdoors. We definitely agree, the wood-grain louvers with the black frame were a great choice; they are quite elegant and really helped enhance the look of the pergola. We hope you enjoy many incredible years under your new space.

Joel was a great contractor to work with. I personally had a lot of trepidation initially as past experiences with contractors has not worked out as positive experiences. After speaking with several of his references and Joel talking me down off the wall, we were a go for the project. Joel was good with communication. Responded quickly to questions or concerns, and always said whatever the issue or concern that they would take care of it and make it right. And he did. We are very happy with how the project turned out out and would highly recommend him for his honesty, quality craftsmanship and integrity.
