I have been to many classes and events at Lovelight and they never disappoint. Slow flow, Yin, Foundations, Vinyasa, breath work, sound baths. Each and every instructor that I have encountered have been pretty amazing. Believe me....Everyone needs a little yoga in their life. And this is a good good place to find it!

I love this space. It feels nostalgic, warm, and welcoming. Instructors are well-informed and classes are always well-rounded and enjoyable. I regularly attend the community class because Ciera is a joy and the price is right!

Katy Joe is an incredibly knowledgable and humble teacher. Her classes are catered to the needs of every student and the way she shares the wisdom through her teachings is unlike any other class I've taken. I was fortunate enough to be able to attend a yoga retreat with Katy Joe in Sedona, AZ and it was the most powerful experience I've had in a long time. Fresh, home cooked meals every day, hiking through the desert, connecting to the land and being in community with Katy Joe holding the container for healing and growth was exactly what my soul needed. Not to mention the breath work and yoga classes every day!!! Can't recommend this studio, and Katy Joe, enough.
