I have been seeing David for over a decade for my blonde curly hair. He’s a fantastic hair designer! So talented, a great listener and communicator, pampering, and most of all, a wonderful human!!
When I walk into Lovely, everyone is so uplifting and nice. The space is beautiful and relaxing, too.

Got my legs waxed here - absolutely great service. It was my first time and felt well informed about the process and had great conversation throughout. I asked if there was time for a bikini wax and was told maybe not, but it was able to fit it in with an extra ten minutes.
My husband noticed patches on my legs that weren't waxed the next day. I would have much rather been hair-free on my legs than had an extra service added on and had my legs rushed. For how expensive this was (especially with the added service), I'm not sure I'd come back for a wax.

Individualized attention to my type of hair and care needs. Figured out that I was using wrong type of shampoo. Got some suggestions of types of products to use with my hair type.
Best salon experience I've ever had. KC did my hair and gave me the most beautiful balayage treatment. She was incredibly knowledgeable about how to treat straight, fine hair, and she really listened to exactly what I wanted. She kept me comfortable the whole time, and her care and attention to her work truly showed. She also took the time to explain which products I need to maintain my color. I left feeling like I'd been treated like family, and I already have my next appointment booked. Highly recommend KC and Lovely Salon!

I had a very disappointing experience with Hailee. I went in specifically for a long layered haircut, but the layers were minimal and did not resemble the look I had requested. When I mentioned that I couldn’t see any layering, my concern felt dismissed, and the appointment seemed to shift toward selling spa services and hair products rather than addressing the haircut.
I chose this salon based on the positive reviews, so I was surprised by the outcome. Unfortunately, I ended up having to fix the haircut myself afterward. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Hailee if you’re looking for a well-executed layered haircut.
