My husbands truck ignition switch literally fell apart at 5 p.m. Worse yet, the truck was partway in the garage, and part out, blocking the door. Zaid was responsive, got the new ignition part, communicated every step of the way. He had it replaced super fast! Definitely 5 star service. And, great pricing!

I would not recommend this locksmith. I called because my key was stuck in the ignition after I drove to Target and turned the car off. Before he worked on my car, I had never had an issue with the car starting. He told us he would have to break the cylinder lock to remove the key. I didn't know what that meant but I reluctantly agreed. He forcefully turned the key, I heard a loud snap, and then he removed the key and tumbler and brought them back to his van for repair after which I was informed it would cost $500. When he went to reinstall the tumbler, he couldn't because the steering wheel was locked. Initially he removed the ignition switch from the back of the cylinder lock before removing the cylinder lock entirely from the steering column to unlock it, and then took it back to his van to put everything back together. After he reinstalled everything and programmed my keys my car wouldn't start. The locksmith suggested my starter or my fuel pump was bad without any attempt at diagnosing the actual cause. My boyfriend explained to him that he is a mechanic, that there was nothing wrong with the car before this, and that the car was kept in very good condition. The locksmith repeatedly talked about how long he had been doing this and insisted that there was absolutely no way anything he had done could have caused the car not to start. What really bothered me was that afterward, when my boyfriend wasn't around me, the locksmith came up to me specifically and told me that I should take the car to an actual mechanic. I found that extremely rude and dismissive, especially considering the car had been starting normally before the locksmith worked on it and stopped starting immediately afterward. Eventually, the problem was diagnosed as a broken ignition switch. Once the ignition switch was replaced, the car started normally. I can't say with absolute certainty that his work caused the ignition switch to fail, but the timing is extremely concerning. The car started before he removed and worked on the ignition assembly, and it would not start after he reinstalled it. I paid around $500 for this service and was left with a car that wouldn't start. What made the experience worse was the lack of accountability and the way I was spoken to afterward. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this locksmith. Edit to business reply, this is absolutely the correct locksmith. I have the text messages where I sent the address to the target I was at when the service was performed. I double checked before I ever posted.

I called at 7:15 pm in the middle of Auburn,CA. He came so fast and provided me time updates as to how far out! Super nice, super quick and cheap! 2026 update: I lost ALL my keys and moved even farther towards Grass Valley, CA. I told him the situation and how another locksmith told me to tow the vehicle because they couldn’t get it. Malibu LTZ have a weird theft lock on it and he did it in 30 minutes, got it running and programmed the key. The charge for him to come further was worth it knowing that I was in good hands. Thank you again for everything and for driving out here. You saved me, yet again!!
