Lowcountry Language Academy

Both of my children have attended Lowcountry Language Academy throughout their preschool years, and we have had such a wonderful experience. The school is intimate, and the children receive so much individual attention and care. My kids are happy, love their teachers and classmates, and genuinely look forward to going to school. It truly feels like an extension of our family. I have always felt well informed about my children’s progress, including their strengths and any challenges we can work through together. The communication and partnership with teachers has meant so much to us. Learning a second language has also been an incredible gift. Both of my children understand and speak Spanish fluently with me and other family members. I am so grateful for the loving environment, strong relationships, and foundation Lowcountry Language Academy has given them.

I feel so lucky to have found this gem of a school for my children. My 2 year old attended many of the summer camps and I can tell he enjoyed it SO much every day (more than other summer camps we've attended). The school has impressed me with how hands on the teachers are with the students and ALL the many unique and interesting activities they do with the kids. It's more than teaching Spanish language and culture. The teachers put their hearts into it every day. I love this place and am thrilled to send my son here for the school year! I cannot say enough good things about it!

My son loves this school! He will be 4 soon and without asking about anything in particular, he volunteered that he “really likes this school.” Staff of very caring and nurturing. This is our second summer attending. I highly recommend y’all check it out!

We love LLA! Our daughter started at 2 and has learned so much! Her English and Spanish has developed, as well as her social skills. The teachers are all so supportive and nurturing. Wouldn’t want her to be anywhere else!

Mrs. Adriana and her lessons were wonderful! She was friendly, professional, and made learning Spanish enjoyable for my children. My kids learned new vocabulary, songs, and cultural activities, and they looked forward to Spanish class every Friday. Lastly—I truly appreciate the extra effort Park West made to partner with this organization.

Our youngest loved this summer camp. Lots of hands on learning activities + immersive Spanish learning. The director is very responsive to emails. Great experience.

The best preschool program around. All the teachers are warm, caring and attentive to every child at the school. Great environment for early learners: small classes, tons of arts, crafts and music! Our daughter loves LLA!

Tania is an amazing teacher. It's almost like we knew her already because of how comfortable & fun she made class for my husband and I. She payed attention to our learning styles, which helped with the learning process & we appreciate it. We have definitely learned a lot and will continue to practice what she have taught us. 10 out of 10 & we definitely recommend!

My daughter (6 yo) has been going to Lowcountry Language Academy for their summer camp and afterschool Spanish immersion program for years now -- she absolutely loves it! They have creative and fun arts and crafts projects that are both seasonal and educational, and all the staff are very warm and caring. She has a genuine interest now in the Spanish language, countries, and cultures. My son will be starting preschool in the fall. Strongly recommend!
