The Oelo lights that Lucent Lighting installed are spectacular! The team of installers and the technician did a great job. Can't wait to turn on my Halloween lights very soon. I would highly recommend this company for your lighting needs.

Juan, I just realized, and was told that I was included in a response regarding the HORRIBLE service that you gave at my HOME. Your response was not Business appropriate to be posting however a bunch of lies that you told just to make your business look good. To whomever is reading this I highly suggest that you guys run and never look back at this business. I just realized that you are not even a part of the BBB so it’s a wonder why you took our money and decided not to come and repair the light that we only requested you to replace which is currently not working after you told us should last some years. While strolling through all your reviews, I noticed that somehow you were able to erase the majority of your horrible ratings. The next time you use my name, I will personally place a. Cease and desist on you and your Business. What my husband did was on his terms. Do not ever use my name again. Business is business.!! Be blessed on purpose!! And stop with the lies..

Had patio lights installed a few years ago. Light went out this year. I sent a text to the owner after hours when I arrived home, requesting the company to fix it and a response.The communication via the owners text message was unprofessional. He used profanity in texting with me. Told me to warranty the lighting product he installed. A verified client experience.(R. Johnson)
Mr. and Mrs. Johnson have been extremely disrespectful customers. After agreeing to, paying deposit according to and having work completed as contracted, they then repeatedly not until balance was due disrespectfully challenged pricing. They have repeatedly tried to get work done for free. Most recently they have tried to get warranty work done for free, years outside of a warranty period. We on multiple occasions let them know what our very fair pricing for such a service call would be. And instead of being fair they chose to send multiple texts after 10p disrespectfully and mistakenly claiming things were supposed to "work forever". So then yes, after being pushed too far we had a low moment and told him “I was done with his s” and he could handle his warranty claim on his own if he didn’t learn some respect."
