I booked an appointment for my dog the groomer had my dog for about 15-20 minutes and told me he is done , all she did was cut his nails there was no grooming done , my dog was never even wet , I paid 165.00 for a nail clipping I’m not confrontational so I just let it go but I won’t be using them again

We trusted Lucky Dog with our long-haired dachshunds for over a year because our previous groomer, Jade, was incredible with our anxious dogs. At our most recent appointment, we were assigned a new groomer and I specifically asked for “just a trim.” Instead, our dogs came back shaved so short they barely looked like themselves. Even worse, one of my dogs had a bleeding nail bed and part of his ear had been clipped and was already scabbing — and nobody mentioned it. As a pet owner, it was honestly upsetting to discover this after the fact. I reached out with photos, and the only response I received was: “Our apologies." Completely unacceptable.

We’ve been using Lucky Dog Grooming for a while now and couldn’t be happier! Brianna is absolutely wonderful, sweet, kind, gentle, and caring. She takes her time to make sure our pups are comfortable and always does a fantastic job with their haircuts. Highly recommend!

Terrible groomer. Took 3.5 hours on one small dog and now she looks like something out of a cartoon. Avoid.

Jay from Lucky Dog “groomed” my dog. They missed spots ALL OVER her body leaving her looking downright goofy. I tried to call and inform them that I was unsatisfied but my call and voicemail went ignored. After following up several more times and a week of back and forth over text I was told they wouldn’t do anything but give me a discount on a full other grooming service. They wanted me to pay $100 to fix the shotty groom job that Jay did. I have never been more disappointed with a grooming service. I was bullied by the owner and the scheduler for asking that they do something to assist. I cannot advise that you stay any further away from Lucky Dog Grooming due to their half ass grooms and horrific customer service.

Jade was amazing with my Frenchies, especially my little dude who HATES having his nails clipped! He is normally a nightmare and she was able to keep him calm and comfortable during the service. Both pups took a little less than an hour and the de-shedding shampoo has worked like magic for both of them. I'll definitely be calling Lucky Dog again!
