Customers frequently praise the convenience of home-based grooming, punctual arrivals, and clear communication regarding appointment status. Many reviewers note that groomers handle anxious, senior, or difficult dogs with patience, resulting in clean and well-groomed pets. However, several low-star reviews cite issues with poor communication, scheduling changes, and unexpected price increases. One specific complaint involved property damage caused by a vehicle, while others mentioned inadequate service for soiled dogs.

So impressed with how Simone did with blue, this week she did Possum. He was a handful and I’m so happy to Say he looks beautiful like a puppy again I would recommend this service 1000/10. It Was his first Time with a groomer And Simone was wonderful. Patient and professional.
Toto was in really overgrown shape & just recovering from an illness. Marco was fast, friendly, efficient and Toto looks great. Our vet even commented and asked for Lucky Dog Mobile Grooming’s contact information
I was looking for a grooming service on line and came across this one. I was a bit skeptical at first but one thing that stood out was they come to your home which is super convenient. When the groomer Amanda got to my home and was greeted I felt a sense of ease with how kind she came across. If any issues arose during the grooming I was notified immediately. They kept me updated and even sent pictures. When she finished and brought blitz to me I was shocked at how beautiful he looked. What a difference! Amanda did an amazing job!! She was awesome and I would definitely recommend the lucky dog to anyone! Below are before and after pics so you could see what a difference.
I needed a special groomer for my senior rescue and I found her at Lucky Dog!! Concetta was so wonderful with her. I couldn't be more pleased!!
LUCKY Dog Groomers is a great alternative for a hyper intense puppy 🐶 like mines & the specialist did her job so good that my puppy wanted to stay longer with her .
The groomer, John, was on time. He checked Molly, my Shin Tzu, listened to what I wanted done and asked how I wanted her groomed. He picked Molly up because I am not able to anymore. Grooming was finished in the timeframe I was told it would be. Molly was good when he brought her to the door. I cannot take her to be groomed anymore so I am pleased that Lucky Dog Mobile Groomers is available. This is the 3rd time I have used Lucky Dog and have been satisfied their communication. John is the 2nd groomer I have dealt with and I would rate them both ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I recommend them Lucky Dog Mobile Groomers!
We Absolutley love Martha!!! She does such a wonderful job with both of our little guys. I don’t think I have ever seen them come out so perfectly cut, and fluffy and cleaned up the way I have since we’ve been with Martha. Highly highly recommend!!!!
Martha was very nice and patient with my baby. She came out beautiful. Martha did a great job.
Remy looked and smelled amazing! He was a happy pup when he was serviced by Simone. Thank you so much!
Great service that comes right to your home. We always book with Martha. She does an excellent job & even gives our pup a little massage to calm his nerves. We schedule an appointment once a month. So convenient for people with busy work schedules trying to find a reliable, safe service. Puts my mind at ease knowing my puppy is safe, and I come home to a freshly groomed, happy boy! Highly recommended in the Greenwich / Stamford area.
