Google reviewers rate Lucky Paws Grooming 4.8 out of 5 based on 485 reviews, with the owner responding to 45 percent of them. Customers frequently praise the salon for its friendly staff, reasonable pricing, and efficient service that typically completes grooming within two hours. Many note that the team handles anxious pets gently and follows specific styling requests accurately. However, several low-star reviews describe recurring issues with communication, such as unreturned calls regarding closures, and serious concerns about grooming errors that resulted in skin cuts, infections, or uneven hair removal.
