Google reviewers praise Lucky Pawz North Liberty for its clean facilities, friendly staff, and efficient online reservation system. Customers frequently highlight daily photo updates and the ability to accommodate specific needs, such as separating anxious dogs into smaller groups. However, several low-star reviews cite failures in communication regarding pickup times and missed feeding schedules during boarding stays. Additionally, some patrons reported that their dogs returned with unexplained injuries or signs of distress, leading to a lack of trust in the facility's oversight.

Sadie loves coming to Lucky Pawz. Have used boarding and daycare multiple times, always great service. Also seems to be a clean facility and reliable staff. Appreciate that very much.

Our dog Odie came for a A.M. doggie day care while we went shopping and to grocery store. We are camping at Tailwater campground and he needed to be social and run! He was tired and very happy camper when we picked him up! Thank you Happy Pawz North Liberty for taking care of Odie!

We love Lucky Pawz. Our golden Lola cannot wait to get in for playcare and doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day. All the staff is very sweet and seem to genuinely love dogs. The online reservation system is efficient and easy to use too!
Our 2 dogs absolutely LOVE going to Daycare! The second we turn onto the street they go nuts. They always are overjoyed to go in and come home happy and worn out from all the fun! They adore all the handlers and especially Brooke!
