The sidewalk has been solid since the day it cured, and the warranty terms were easy to follow. I’d have liked a reminder about the best time to apply sealer, since I only remembered when the weather had already turned.
I tried to get a quote/estimate from them and I was told I am not a good fit for them currently. Their project manager also told me that they don't do diamond grinding. That is such a standard and basic thing to do from a concrete company. They must have a lot of business that they don't want my money.
carrying groceries up the old narrow steps was a pain, but the new ones are wider and way sturdier. i noticed they lined them perfectly with the door frame. it’s small details like that that make the whole entry look clean. feels like the house finally got some respect.
Our patio tables sit level now, no more wobbling or sliding around. Before Lucky’s, customers were always complaining about uneven ground. The crew had it poured, cured, and ready for business faster than I thought possible.
