Workers are frequently described as professional, efficient, and careful with property, often providing estimates before starting work. Minor criticisms include isolated incidents of property damage, perceived high costs for short tasks, and concerns about how items were handled or disposed of.

Awesome job. Workers were quick, fast and efficient. The employee Vinicius and his partner (I can’t remember his name but he moved things like the hulk) were very respectful of my household. They both acted in a professional manner and made me feel like I had family member’s helping me out. Everything was explained before hand and done as agreed. Blessings to those two young men. Thank you Lug stars. You have a life long client.

I was impressed with the care the boys took in respecting our walls and stairways. They were prompt and efficient, clearing out heavy equipment and things we designated.

Kathleen, we appreciate the opportunity to earn your business. Thank you!
Paul and his team at Lug Stars were so professional! This whole process while usually extremely difficult was made easy because of Lug Stars’ quick response even offering same day junk removal. The price was more than fair for the job they had to do, cleaning out a house, garage and shed. Will recommend Lug Stars for any future junk removal needs.
