Excellent service and communication

I called Luis to obtain an evaluation and appraisal of our Mason and Hamlin piano. He was quick to respond and very easy to book an appointment with. He was pleasant and kind but also understanding of our needs and motivations to sell the piece. Luis did a very thorough and detailed inspection of the instrument and also played it so that we could enjoy its splendor once again. He is highly intelligent, very well versed and educated in the instruments he treats and shares his knowledge and expertise in a manner that is easy to understand and comprehend. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is the consummate professional, courteous, kind and respectful. A trustworthy individual and has my highest accolades. This gentleman is the "go to" person for matters regarding pianos of any sort. I would call him again in a minute for any needs and highly recommend him to all. He is superb.
