Sydney has been an amazing addition to the care team for my daughter. Sydney is compassionate, intuitive, meets my daughter where she is at but also is tough when needed. She not only has been a wonderful addition for my daughter but also for me as her Mom. She is so supportive and caring. I wish there were more than five stars.

Sydney’s knowledge and helpfulness on food, exercise and supplements has been amazing. I learn something new in every session. Putting her plans and ideas in action has me feeling better than I have in years!! I am so grateful for everything she does to teach and support me!
I’ve really appreciated my experience with Cherish and her patience. I often struggle with “progression-regression” cycles due to my health issues, and she’s been there for me since the beginning of it. Her approach to food and eating with me is very helpful because I end up not beating myself up over meals and move on with integrating healthier choices without an emphasis on punishing myself.
I've been seeing Cherish for a few years through different practices - there's a reason i stay with her! She's amazing and she is always listening without judgment and has such a welcoming presence that brings me comfort while being vulnerable. she has helped me work through many things and continues to work with me on my journey. 10/10 recommend!!
Working with Cherish has been incredible. After a diagnosis of Gastroparesis in 2023, I worked with Cherish to get back on track after a period of extreme weight loss. She was patient with me through all my picky eating nonsense and helped me create a plan and stick to it. Continuing to meet with Cherish has helped me maintain discipline and focus on the things that I need to do to stay healthy. She is incredibly smart and supportive and my nutrition and life is better having her as my dietician.
I’ve been working with Cherish for a while now. She’s amazing she takes time every appointment to talk to me as a person and not just a client. She gets to know me and what’s going on in my life each week. I appreciate that she is so easy to talk to, non-judgmental, and she views nutrition from a whole person perspective. She helps me come to decisions with careful guidance that allows us to collaborate on my health goals keeping in mind what is reasonable and effective. I love working with Cherish.
