This was my first experience at this location. I had an appointment with Brittany , she was great with my dog Lola . *******Edit I booked with Sara 10//2/26 she was unprofessional. I asked her to fix an issue with my dogs hair cut and she told me my dog was overwhelmed and she couldn’t do it . I still asked her to fix it because Lola is not the overwhelmed type since I’ve known her for 10 years….maybe overstimulated , however Sara fixes the issue and brings me my dog and walks off ! She didn’t even allow me to thank her or give her the cash in my hand. Which is fine I’ll keep my tip . I also noticed my dog has flakes all over her coat . And if the groomer noticed a skin issue you would think she would have informed me after the cut .

I have a crazy dog that will not let anyone cut her toenails. She will even bite you. But the technicians at lush had no problem getting her under control and getting the job done. I'll be back.
