I cannot recommend Lustra Cleaning enough! They are very easy to work with in regards to scheduling. They are very kind and thorough in their work. Our house is left spotless every time. I can't thank Stephanie, Veronica and Melicza enough for always showing up on time, being very friendly & helping this new mom feel like she has her house together!
I requested a move in cleaning service from Lustra and was very excited to work with them and was hoping they would give my partner and I some peace of mind when moving into our new space. However, after paying $675 I truly do not feel like the results were worth that much at all. The cleaners were very nice and respectful but for a 6 hr cleaning job (and apparently they gave me an “extra hr for free,” which after going through my walk through with the cleaners is hard to believe because there was visible dirt and debris in multiple areas around the house which makes me wonder what they were doing for 6 hrs..) I shouldnt have to tell the cleaners to remove blue slime on the kitchen floor and banisters. I would expect that to be a given. Things that I can see from the naked eye from feet away I would expect to get cleaned, especially if it’s on high touch surface areas. But unfortunately, I had to point out various things after they “finished cleaning” I just felt like the whole job was rushed and once they hit their time, there was no more chatting and inspecting. All in all, if you want someone to take a microfiber towel and just rub it on the floors/walls, call them.
I had an excellent experience with Lustra Cleaning Services Their team was professional, friendly, and did an amazing job. They were thorough, paid attention to every detail, and left my home looking and smelling so clean. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend Lustra Cleaning Services to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality cleaning service!

Jennifer our cleaner was outstanding!! For our partial move out clean she did our 2 full baths plus the inside of our oven. Our bathrooms are spotless and our oven looks brand new. I would definitely recommend Lustra to anyone needing any part of their homes cleaned.
