We recently started using LydyBug Pest Control, and I couldn't be happier with our first experience! Thomas came out for our initial service along with a new employee he was training. Both were extremely friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything and answer our questions. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. They even took the time to meet our golden retriever, Hank, which was a nice personal touch! It's refreshing to find a local company that provides this level of customer service. We're very happy we chose LydyBug and look forward to working with them!
