Not good experience because I requested a refill for my Rx I normally get , which I use as needed but apparently the np said she couldn’t give it to me because she sees no medical history about that medicine, so I asked why would a medicine i don’t need normally get prescribed by my doctor,and her answer was that is a great question , I don’t understand NP, that usually think they know more than a PCP.

Horrible horrible horrible. Had a 9am appt and was not seen as of 9:30. What’s the purpose of making appointment , checking in online, paying co pay online so when you show up they make you wait as walk-ins are taking in first. Male at front desk was ignorant as I asked a question and says I was aggressive. So after I wait for 30 minutes a nurse comes to door and says she needs me to relax as front desk dude sends a message to the back office saying whatever. I asked to cancel appt and wanted refund of co pay. He says confirmation will be sent to email. I’ve been to this facility a few times in the past with nothing but exceptional service and care from check in to see dr. Not sure what happened to this place but I’ll be sure to never go back and will let family and friends know how I was treated as well.

I had a really great experience at this urgent care. Everyone was extremely kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The staff actually listened to my concerns and treated me with so much care and compassion. I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed at all, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth, the facility was clean, and I felt like I was genuinely being taken care of. I’m very thankful for how I was treated and would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for a place with caring and attentive staff. 10/10 experience! ❤️
