M&M Home Pro Inspections, PLLC

We had an excellent experience with Peter. He was a professional, took his time to evaluate every aspect of the home and went into the specifics/functionality of systems the house has. Answered all the questions we had. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for a trustworthy inspector. :D

Loved Peter. He answered all of our questions and cleared our doubts

Brian did our home inspection and he was very thorough. I would have given 5 stars but our contact information was shared by M&M to two other companies (Porch and ADT) and both of those companies won’t stop blowing up my phone and email.

M&M was responsive, professional, and very detailed. Peter did a great job with our inspection and was easy to get a hold of and go over the report with. We had a great experience and would use them again!

Very professional and detailed work

I had a frustrating experience with unclear communication. I had not receive a call or clear final confirmation of the inspection would proceed without my signed agreement or payment. They went to the house and did inspection by themselves. I was not present. They themselves asked Lennar to open the house by sharing… Read full review

Jay did an EXCELLENT job for my home inspection. He was prompt, professional and very attentive. He noticed mistakes that were made and brought to my attention. Even the office staff was very concerned on a situation that occurred and wanted to make it right. I will definitely have M&M to do my year inspection. I recommend this company.

Pre-dry wall inspection -Very timely and urgently responsive company -Very nice team members and inspector -Very quick turnaround on delivering report -Least useful infection report I have ever received (and this is my 13th house). Very sad to have chosen them to be the ones to do my pre drywall inspection before… Read full review

M&M Did my phase 2 inspection and I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and thorough inspection! Both the admin and the inspector were very helpful and patient with me through my questions. I will definitely schedule them for my final inspection.

I’m a first time home buyer and my realtor found M&M for my new built home inspection. I was astonished by the thoroughness and professionalism. The report was easy to read with great photos. Also, easy get a hold of on the phone. I will recommend to anyone and everyone I speak with for all home inspection needs!

Buying our first house feeling a lot more confident after having Levi come out and do an inspection. He explained everything he looked at and what we needed to address with the builder which thankfully was all cosmetic. Would definitely recommend.

I’m new the area and my daughter who is a veteran recommended this company. I am house hunting as a new resident. Peter from M&M has been my inspector for two homes. The first a house built in 2020 and the second for a new home. Both inspections were performed and completed with excellence. Peter is highly skilled… Read full review
