The service was absolutely incredible. Every other place I was calling was going to take over a week to get my car seen. My check engine light was on and my car was shaking a lot so I wasn’t able to drive it much and it was overall time sensitive. When I called here, the owner picked up while he was busy with something else, let me bring my car right before close since I couldn’t get there any earlier, then worked extremely quickly to get my car all fixed and ready for pickup midday next day. He even called multiple suppliers to make my bill about $200 cheaper and the overall cost was mostly materials costs rather than labor. He was also so friendly and transparent every step of the way, communicating regular updates via text. Overall, I’m so appreciative of the work that M and S auto did and will definitely be coming here again. Thank you!
