Quick and handled with care!! He communicated everything he had to do with my vehicle. During the drive he was very easy to chat with and made a negative experience into a positive. Highly recommend to someone in need of a tow truck who is honest, quick and reliable
Troy came to my workplace in Grants Pass to tow my car for me to the auto shop. I had no idea he had come all the way from Eagle Point. I asked where he was headed next and he said Medford but was very gracious and drove me 2 miles out of his way so I could pick up a rental car. He was a true gentleman. Thank you, Troy.
Mac went above and beyond. I had a tire blowout and he got me back on the road in no time. I’m incredibly thankful I got matched with Mac’s Asset Recovery from my insurance company. I couldn’t recommend him enough and he will be my go to tow service from here on out if I get the choice. Mac is the man!
Locked myself out of vehicle. There was minimal wait time. ETA updates. He was fast, efficient & excellent customer service. I would highly recommend giving this guy a call.
