Machine Shed is such a great place to be a member - the community aspect is huge and everyone is friendly and welcoming. The workouts are set for each day so you can go in and get it done without having to think about your own programming and the coaches are knowledgeable and helpful.

They are truly focused on people improve wether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete.

Machine Shed is such a great environment to learn about physical fitness. The coaches are very knowledgeable, and work with what you are able to do within a workout and to help you improve in whatever you're looking for. The crossfit community is the most supportive I've ever experienced in my fitness journey, everyone there will cheer you on, and there is ZERO judgement! Give it a try! even if you think it's beyond what you can do. I said the same thing when I first walked in the door 8 years ago and haven't regretted it since!!
