Macintosh Films, LLC

★★★★★ Working with Dave Macintosh and the team at Macintosh Films, LLC on the music video for my upcoming single *You Are Not Lost* has been an extraordinary experience which was filmed in Washington DC in February, 2026. The final result is cinematic, visually stunning, emotionally engaging, and truly world-class. Dave's creativity, technical expertise, and artistic vision transformed my ideas into something far beyond what I had imagined. What makes this achievement even more remarkable is that Dave wore multiple hats throughout the production, serving as Director, Editor, and Director of Photography. His attention to detail, storytelling ability, professionalism, and dedication to excellence are exceptional. He made me look and feel like a star on screen, the end result speaks for itself and stands as a testament to Dave's exceptional talent. I would also like to recognize Orinda for her invaluable contribution as Co-Producer and Stylist. Her creative insight, styling expertise, and attention to visual detail helped elevate the production and played a significant role in creating the polished, professional look of the video. Dave and Orinda are a fantastic creative partnership whose combined talents shine through every frame. The entire experience was collaborative, inspiring, and enjoyable from beginning to end. I am deeply grateful for their hard work, passion, and commitment to bringing my artistic vision to life. No words of praise can adequately express my appreciation for Dave's dedication, creativity, and talent as a filmmaker and visual storyteller. I wholeheartedly recommend Macintosh Films, LLC to any musician, artist, business, or organization seeking truly outstanding visual storytelling, creativity, and production quality. Conscientious. Meticulous. Avidly intuitive. These are just a few words to describe Dave and Orinda of Macintosh Film’s. Their expertise in producing the documentary, Splashdown, was much more than I could ever have hoped for. As a former Navy frogman, I give them a HUGE Hooyah!

I recently worked with Dave on a project. He brought many skills and talents to the production and was a pleasure to work with. His script overflowed with creativity and spoke to the heart. His cinematography pulled the viewer in. Attention to detail and refined esthetics were palpable in every shot. On set, he was a well-organized director, who kept the team engaged, and the project moving on schedule and on budget. In the edit bay, he created the perfect flow. In his business dealings, Dave was a man of his word and fair in every aspect. I believe you would enjoy working with Dave too.

Dave and Orinda were a phenomenal team. I came to them with a vision of a music video with an elaborate narrative. He immediately understood the vision and made it a reality at a reasonable price and impressively short amount of time. The quality of the video was outstanding, indistinguishable from what you'd see on MTV. When I first had the idea, I was expecting to have to compromise my vision with whatever the reality ended up being. With Macintosh Films, I didn't have to make any compromises. It was surreal to witness my idea come to fruition exactly how I envisioned it, which is a testament to Dave's talent, expertise, creativity, and communication skills. It was clear from the beginning that Dave had the industry expertise and experience to make a high quality music video having worked with many popular bands. He has an eye for good shots, lighting, and he added new ideas that I hadn't considered. He uses the absolute top of the line equipment. He was worth every penny and if Tennessee Frisky makes another music video, we know exactly who to call. Macintosh Films is the real deal

The crew at Macintosh Flims is very thorough and detail oriented. I was a part of an fitness marketing video that turned out great. The results came out great and I look forward to working with them again.

Working with Dave and Dave's studio at Macintosh Films was a great experience. I needed a high-quality studio space in DC for a video shoot and Dave's place fit the bill and then some. A professional lighting and studio space, options for additional camera and sound equipment, and Dave was there to assist the whole time. Video shoots can be often be stressful, but Dave and his studio gave us a seamless experience and a great result.
