The crew at Mack/Alger Firestone were great. They replaced the auxiliary battery and changed the oil/filter on our 2020 Jeep Compass. They checked my breaks as well as rotated the tires. Our 2020 Jeep Compass runs great because of the fine work and maintenance performed by the Mack/Alger crew. No matter the challenge, Mack/Alger Firestone comes through every time.
I had a wonderful experience. I can’t remember if his name was Steve or Stephen, but he was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to make an educated choice on which tires to purchase. And there was a promotion so I saved money. I would highly recommend them.

Honest fast fair pricing. Went twice to Belle Tire then Discount Tire and they could not fix the problem. These guys found the problem in an hour. Will never go anywhere else.

I've been taking our cars here for a couple of years now. Bill and Steve are trustworthy and will give you an honest assessment of the work your vehicle needs and will charge a reasonable price to complete the repair. My vehicle had an issue that the dealership would've charged several hundred dollars more to repair. Steve called me after they diagnosed the problem and gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and the costs before proceeding.
I highly recommend Mack Alger for all your auto maintenance and repair needs.

I trust them. Been there several times to fix something, which they did, and didn't charge me anything. Had them check my tires to see if they needed replacing, and they told me "no, but we'll check in again in the spring (5-6 months away).
