Mack's Moving

I’m gonna start with I hope the guys who were supposed to help me today are OK. The disappointment and the one star comes from not getting at least a phone call telling me that they’re not gonna make it, even a courtesy text would’ve been acceptable. I’m glad everyone else had a good experience. I wish I had too. Sad part is they would’ve made out because all I needed help with was, one chest, one queen size bed, one desk, one nightstand, one hall tree and 55” TV, AND they didn’t even have to use their own vehicle I just needed help bought downstairs and into my vehicle, they could’ve taken off after that. Minimal two hour charge they required, it probably would’ve taken them just 40-50 minutes, they would’ve made out and jumped on to the next job. Really the lack of communication is what did it for me, never again will I call them for help. I would’ve rather pay extra for reliability with another company😒

Unfortunately this was not a good experience at all seeing as I never even got to see them. This morning I was calling around because I decided I could use two people to help me labor some furniture around to get them down my stairs and into my van. Not much work but willing to pay. Now I know this is short notice but I called everywhere around checking for availability. These people said that they would come and move my belongings so I requested about 1:00 in the day and planned my day around that I would have help moving these items so things will go a lot faster. I told them I would probably only need them for an hour but they had a 2-hour minimum. That's all fine and dandy I understand I just needed them so I was willing to pay it. Realistically they would have gotten paid well for a shorter job than needed and we all would have been happy. The person tells me that they can come a little bit early I said that's not really ideal to me because my van had not showed up yet. Then I say it's okay go ahead come over because at this point they can help me start breaking down some of the furniture. I wait and wait for them. They don't show up on time or later. I ended up getting stuck doing everything on my own with just my fiance and I. And something that was supposed to be quite quick and loaded. It took all day because I have no assistance to break everything down and move everything ourselves. When I had planned with them to have them doing the moving while I was getting other stuff done. The kicker to it all is when I try to call them once they have gone past arrival time, they keep putting me to voicemail. And I could have had other people come not accepted their offer because when I accepted theirs others afterwards started saying they had some time. But I had agreed with these people and at this point waiting for them and being late it was too late at that point to even grab the others. Completely unreliable and Incredibly unprofessional. Not even a message or a call to say hey we're not coming I would have understood that more than just blatantly being stood up.

We had to move out for a renovation and Mack’s Moving expertly moved us back in! They were courteous and careful with our furniture, plants and newly painted walls! I recommend them highly!!!!

Very productive careful polite movers .. They did above and beyond taking care of fragile furniture and stayed till it was all complete ..I Would highly recommend to friends and family from going forward

The best movers I’ve had in a long time! Very quick, reliable, communicative, and very personable. I booked for 2 hours, they were done in a hour and a half. Thank you guys so much! I will be using them again.
