Google reviewers rate Madden Plumbing Services highly for punctual arrivals, clear communication, and thorough explanations of plumbing issues. Customers frequently describe the staff as professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about older homes, often noting fair pricing and detailed documentation of repairs. However, several low-star reviews criticize the company for high costs relative to the work performed, failing to identify reported problems, or leaving incomplete repairs that required subsequent fixes.

Madden showed up during the time frame they gave us. They stayed in touch, & discovered the problem, & went & got the part they needed, & finished the work. We’re very pleased with them. This work was done at the Bessemer Hall of History Museum.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Madden, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Ivan came to our home to replace the faucet and repair the plumbing in our boys’ bathroom, and he completed everything in just one morning. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly kind, respectful, professional, and easy to work with.
Ivan took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and working perfectly. He was careful and considerate while working in our home, and the quality of his work was outstanding. What impressed me even more was how clean he left the space. By the time he finished, our boys’ sink was actually cleaner than it had been before he arrived!
It is not always easy to find someone who is dependable, skilled, courteous, and respectful of your home, but Ivan was all of those things and more. He made the entire experience simple and stress-free, and we are so thankful for the excellent service he provided. We will absolutely use Madden again for any future plumbing needs and will specifically request Ivan if he is available. (Our pup enjoyed him too!) Truly a five-star experience from beginning to end!
Thank you, Mackenzie, for the fantastic 5-star review. We’re thrilled Ivan made your boys' bathroom repair and faucet install smooth, spotless, and stress-free. We’ll share your kind words with him. Glad your pup approved too! We appreciate your trust—count on us anytime, and feel free to request Ivan for future needs.

6/24/2026 the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Washer drain overflowing when washer drained.
Water was backing up in the kitchen sink, during drain cycle when doing laundry. Faucet in bathroom needed to be replaced. Our home was built in the 1950’s.
Ivan was very skilled and knowledgeable, regarding older homes and the plumbing ( he had a pleasant demeanor as well …he went to work, kept us informed during the process. There were some issues with the pipes, but he knew what to do. I am happy to say the pipes are unclogged Everything seems to be draining well.
Thank you Ivan!
