No one could fix our boat after another company broke it but when we took it to him he fixed everything and found a fuel leak that we never knew existed and when we put it in today it started first try. Amazing company that I definitely recommend!

We had a great experience. They sold us exactly the part we needed at a fair and reasonable price without trying to upsell us on products or services we didn’t need. While they do offer boat repair services, my husband has the skills and knowledge to handle the repair himself, and they completely respected that.<br><br>What really stood out was the customer service. When we discovered we needed a specialty tool to complete the job, Cole went above and beyond by allowing us to rent it instead of forcing us to buy one. That level of honesty, helpfulness, and customer-focused service is hard to find these days.<br><br>If you’re looking for a boat company that is knowledgeable, fair, and genuinely helpful, we highly recommend them. Our older boat had a problem of randomly stalling for no reason. Cole was able to diagnose the problem and repair it and also serviced the rear unit and engine. They were friendly and thorough. They were also good at communicating the status of their work. Would recommend them.

Worst business. I dropped off my boat, they told me 3 weeks. After six weeks, and no phone call I decided to pick it up. They said I owe them $163.00 because magically the did an inspection that same day. Crooks.

The schedule is a best guess and is dependent on the arrival of necessary parts and the completion of several pre-existing commitments to other customers. While I understand the timeline isn’t ideal, this system allows each repair to get the individual attention required to complete each job one at a time and to the best of our ability. The timing of your request for your boat after the inspection had concluded is coincidental, and I empathize with your frustration.
