We were tenants for two years while we rented a home whose owners used Magdieli as a management company. This is a well-run and ethical company. They were incredibly responsive to any maintenance request we put in and they were fair and decent during our close-out and walk through. I can't tell you how rare this is in DC. We have been on both sides of property management engagement as DC residents and home owners for the past 20 years and Magdieli is by far the best company we have ever worked with.

The best property management company I have ever had as a tenant. It doesn't get better than this. Amit is incredibly responsive and made the move-in and move-out process extremely simple. Very easy and quick to reach when we had anything that needed a repair.

I lived in a property managed by MPM for five years. They were a great team - very responsive to every request from lease renewals, to maintenance to any issues that arose. Everyone I dealt with from the company was pleasant and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I lived in my apartment for 4 years & experienced 3 different management companies during that time. Amit was the third, & easily my favorite! Any time I brought something to him, I could tell he genuinely cared about doing what was best for both me & the owner. He got things done quickly & efficiently, which was such a change from what I’d experienced before.
When I finally met him in person, he was just as kind & easy to talk to as I expected. Amit really made my last year in the apartment so much better!
