I was told to show up first thing when making an appointment for a week out. When I got there the mechanics were all out in the parking lot waiting for the owner to show up and let them in. I decided to try another shop up the road.
Very great!
The BEST. This is the only respectable auto mechanic in Roxborough, excluding nobody. Honest, reliable and quality repairs done. Tom is a great guy, won't take my car anywhere else.
4.9 stars out of 5 based on 129 reviews says it all. After 36 years of using different auto repair shops in Langhorne, Lansdale, Trenton and Philadelphia Tom's place is simply the best one. Always keeps me updated on progress of work and the cost of repairs. Just call them up, schedule the appointment and you will never regret it.Only one thing to add, they should charge little more for quality they deliver.
Basically had to replace my whole exhaust system. It was expensive, but I can tell the crew here did everything within their power to get costs down, and they were able to get me my vehicle back with professionalism, accuracy, and transparency. Communication was A+ and my car is running smooth again.
Provides expert service and even some incredible intensive care to keep my very old-but-dear car running year after year. Courteous, knowledgeable, and consistently good service with insightful communication. You can expect the same for routine service and more.
Honest, fair, and very kind. I asked him to stay a few minutes past closing so I could pick up my car and he accommodated. I was a new customer, but I definitely will be back.

I've been taking my car to them for years, and have always been very satisfied with the work, customer service, and cost. They can get a bit booked up sometimes, but that's to be expected given their dedicated local customers.
I've come to rely on Maggiano's and always know that my vehicle is in good hands when I get there. Tom can always clearly describe the work he has done and gives me clear options on the risk/benefit of additional repairs. It is a huge relief to have such a reliable mechanic in the neighborhood.
