Great service. I called in the evening and they sent someone out the next morning. Everyone else I called either couldn’t sent someone for a week or they never called back. The tech was able the figure out the problem with the heater/air conditioner and had the part needed on his truck. Very professional service, I was sent text messages when they were on their way and when they arrived. It had the techs name and picture. I would use them again.

I had a leak from the p-trap in our bathroom that I was struggling to correct . I called Magic Plumbing and a technician was at my house in an hour and after 2o minutes of work the problem was solved. Marcos was our technician and he was excellent. We had several issues to deal with and when he didn't have the right equipment to solve the last issue he scheduled a return visit the next day. What a surprise when he showed up with two more technicians and between them they eventually solved a very difficult drain problem. It took quite awhile but they didn't give up until they finally got it! Thank you to all three of them!

Alberto did a fine job. He chose the best bathroom sink faucet available, that coordinated very well with the other accesories I already had (towel rod, soap dishes, etc.) I had looked in showrooms a few years back unable to find a replacement faucet that was suitable, so I put it off until finally I couldn't anymore. He found one that works very well with the other accessories, even if not a perfect match. I did have to wait for 4 weeks, as this part was back-oredered. The office staff were very responsive, stayed in contact to keep me informed about the arrival of the back-ordered faucet assembly. Alberto was quick and efficient and completed a few other minor repairs equally well. I appreciated the great service.
