I am so happy I found Magnet thru all the great reviews online! I had a washer drainage issue and I called and talked with Albert who was very helpful in preliminarily diagnosing the problem and letting me know the possible cost range. He then arranged for Sergey (the owner) to come out the same afternoon who quickly and successfully fixed my washer. Sergey is very knowledgeable, courteous, meticulous, and patient. He ran my washer a few cycles to make sure it was working properly before leaving. I thought the cost was reasonable too.
Hopefully I will not have appliance issues again too soon, but when I do, I will definitely reach out to Sergey!
I had called them for a washer issue and the person who answered was so professional and honestly told me that I will be spending a lot of money on repairs so I might as well buy a new washer. I did get another company to come and check it out and they said they will repair me and charged me a lot for the repair and nothing worked and eventually I had to buy a new washer. So I really wish I had listened to them. But have saved their information, any issue with any appliance in the future am definitely calling this company. They are really honest.

Sergey was great. Our dryer went out yesterday, Sunday 10/26, was screeching like crazy. Sounded horrible. Today 10/27, I called Magnet Appliance Repair based on the local San Ramon and Dublin reviews I saw here. When I called they sounded busy but said they would try to get me in the schedule but would put me on the schedule for Wed 10/29. I was ok with that. But about 30 mins later they called and said they would fit me in same day 10/27 4pm. Sergey called 15 mins before arriving. Was prompt and polite, friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts on hand and was able to fix the problem within 2 hrs time. Plus he fixed the dryer door our kids had bent and made it not close properly. He also advised that my dryer vent needed to be cleaned but its not something they do. But gave tips on how I could do it myself or call a company to do it. I asked Sergey to change the belt on the dryer since he had it off but he showed it to me and showed me a new belt and showed how my current belt was in excellent condition and still like new. I truly appreciated his honesty and diligence. Great Job Sergey! I would and will highly recommend Magnet Appliance Repair and Sergey. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My dryer just stopped turning. After reading Magnet Appliance reviews and their website (which clearly lays out the pricing) I asked them to come and take a look. They were AMAZING! Sergey is very knowledgeable, professional and he patiently spent time answering all of my questions about the machine. He fixed it beautifully for a totally reasonable price and I would happily call them again for any appliance repair in my house! Highly recommend!
