Working with Christa was an absolute dream, and she gave us total peace of mind from the very first conversation. She planned our son’s 2nd birthday party—a construction theme—and made the entire process so enjoyable and effortless for our family. Everything turned out much more beautiful than I could have ever imagined.
Hosting around 80 guests can easily feel overwhelming, but Christa took care of everything so we could actually relax and be fully present. Her communication was prompt and reassuring, and her timelines kept the day running completely smoothly.
Her expertise truly shone through in how thoughtfully she handled every detail, creating a gorgeous setup that captivated the kids and impressed the adults alike. We cannot thank Christa enough for taking all the stress off our shoulders and giving us such a fun, memorable celebration!

Christa was the perfect "day-of" planner for our wedding day at the Berkeley City Club. She has an excellent spreadsheet that helped me keep all the information from guests to vendors to the event timeline in one convenient place. She had great suggestions for vendors and was very helpful to coordinate payments and arrival/departure details. Her attitude was always helpful and upbeat, which made the whole process enjoyable. I recommend her highly!

From our very first meeting, Christa made us feel completely at ease. Planning a wedding can be daunting, but with her full-service package, she took every ounce of stress away. She truly helped us narrow down our theme and bring our vision to life — turning scattered ideas into a beautifully cohesive celebration that felt completely us.
Throughout the entire process, Christa was endlessly patient, kind, and reassuring. She was always there to answer our many (and sometimes anxious) questions, no matter the hour. Her calm, organized presence gave us so much peace of mind, and her creativity elevated every single detail.
