Tanner, thank you for the fantastic review. We are so glad the deep clean left your home feeling relaxing and refreshed. It means a lot that our team was punctual, professional and thorough. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to serving you again.
Beware when giving your credit card to this company! This company charged my credit card without authorization after trying to DOUBLE the initial quote after the cleaning started. I have hired other cleaners at my home and it has always cost around the original quote or less, and nowhere near their increased quote. I told them I was not willing to pay additional, yet they still let the cleaning proceed and then charged my card anyway for an unauthorized amount. Cleaners did a nice job but think twice before you book with this dishonest company—the good reviews are highly incentivized!
The service was excellent. The cleaner showed up on time a did a great job. I asked her to clean some specific areas that were difficult for me to reach and she was able to meet my request!
