I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Maid Made Easy. After multiple phone conversations and written confirmations, we agreed on a biweekly cleaning service, including the price, schedule, and expectations. Unfortunately, the company repeatedly failed to follow through on our arrangements, leaving me without the service I had scheduled. I rearranged my personal schedule and even my son's appointments to accommodate their cleaning appointments, only to be left waiting without a reliable solution. When I contacted management, they acknowledged the repeated scheduling issues and apologized but offered no replacement cleaner or practical solution. What made this experience even more disappointing was that, after requesting accountability and a resolution, I was no longer able to reach them through the usual communication channels. I cannot confirm whether my number was blocked, but the lack of communication was extremely concerning. I understand that unexpected circumstances happen, but professionalism means taking responsibility, communicating honestly, and respecting customers' time. I chose this company because I was looking for a reliable, professional cleaning service that I could trust long-term. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I am sharing this review so other potential customers can make an informed decision before rearranging their schedules and relying on this company. Reliability, communication, and accountability should be the foundation of any professional service.

First time using Maids Made Easy and I couldn’t be more happy! Laura arrived exactly on time and after showing her around she got straight to work. I let her be and six hours later returned to an amazingly clean home. She put her own cute touches on towels, paper towels, and toilet tissue. Will definitely use this company (and hopefully Laura) again.

I am very type A and detail-oriented. I think I notice things that a lot of people don’t. Saying that, I don’t think I have ever seen our house so clean. We had our house deep cleaned to prepare for listing it. Ramsey’s attention to detail and care is unmatched! We so appreciate her and the Maid Made Easy team! Will definitely be using Maid Made Easy again.
