The owner Rhonda has been phenomenal in making a custom plan that works for me and that I am comfortable with time/price wise. I love that the team will focus on what you ask them to rather than just being concrete with the checklist that is their default.
Our initial cleaning on Jan 12, done by Jamie and Amber left us impressed on their professionalism and through cleaning. Today, Jan 21, Jamie and this time Jaden were again very professional and through in their tasks.
MaidPro Columbus is so reliable and punctual. I know I can always count on them to come on time. Their cleaning is thorough and the staff is professional. I had been thinking about a cleaning service for some time and stumbled across MaidPro. I walked into their business and made arrangements for them to come out to my apartment. Jaime and Tisha were professional, on time and pleasant. They did a wonderful job. I will be doing business with MaidPro in the future.
The cleaning team always arrives on time and are courteous and friendly. They are responsive to special requests we have. They work hard without breaks and finish the work in goodwill time. They are backed up by a very professional staff. I highly recommend this service.
