Customers report that the cleaning service is thorough, punctual, and professional, often noting that employees are friendly and attentive to specific details like blinds and baseboards. Reviewers appreciate the ease of scheduling and consistent communication, with many describing the results as spotless and the pricing as reasonable. However, a few low-star reviews criticize the company for billing errors, such as double charges, and for requiring customers to wait extended periods on the phone to receive estimates.
