Customers frequently praise the thoroughness, punctuality, and professional demeanor of the cleaning staff, noting that the company effectively communicates before and after appointments. However, lower-rated reviews indicate significant issues with business practices, specifically citing unclear recurring subscription terms, strict cancellation policies, and charging for missed services. While some clients report positive experiences with scheduling flexibility, others describe frustrating interactions regarding billing and customer service responsiveness.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with great care and respect. They cleaned areas that are often overlooked and left the apartment looking fresh and spotless. It was especially meaningful to me because I needed help with a deep cleaning, and they exceeded my expectations.
Everyone I interacted with was courteous, friendly, and professional. It’s not easy to find a company that combines reliability with such high-quality work, but MaidPro certainly did.
I highly recommend MaidPro to anyone looking for dependable, meticulous, and trustworthy cleaning services. I will gladly use their services again
