The cleaner, Elisa, was great. Their management is unprofessional. Requested a specific day and was confirmed via text and then told I was misinformed of the day. Avoided 3 phone calls regarding an unsubstantiated hold charge on my card after I stated I needed to know the cost before I decided on which card I was going to use-this was in writing. Tried to get feed back on additional services and never able to discuss what I asked for- finally when I complained was sent a text stating I could get whatever I asked for. without a discussion at all. Maybe hit and miss but I despise being ignored and shown total disrespect I went rlsewhere.
Thanks, Jessielynne! So glad to hear Barbara made a great impression. We appreciate your feedback! 😊 We look forward to coming back to clean again when you are ready!
Only been here once but did a very nice job. I asked for her again.

Hi Susan! We're really glad to hear you had such a positive experience on your first visit. We look forward to welcoming you back for more top notch service!
Cynthia cleaned the bathroom, but did not mop the floor. She then continued to the kitchen. There was a knock on my front door and Cynthia said that she had asked her husband to come over to help her. I was extremely uncomfortable with this. The two of them cleaned the kitchen countertops and stove top, but did not wipe down the cabinets. No vacuuming was required, but Cynthia said she would wipe down two shelves in the refrigerator which she did not do. She was only here 1 hour, twenty five minutes. I am not happy.

We're so glad to hear you had a great experience with Virginia! She takes pride in her attention to detail. We look forward to cleaning for you again in the future. Thanks for sharing your feedback, Taylor!
We paid $300 for a deep clean from 9am to 2am. The man who cleaned my house was very kind. The organization was absolutely amazing! He made the beds without us asking and organized a few toys. However, we expected a deeper clean in some places, and that is what we needed most. The shower floor, top of oven, exterior bathtub, blinds, vents, and windows were not cleaned well. When he dusted, you could tell that objects on shelves (ex. Small plants or picture frames) were not picked up to dust surfaces thoroughly; he dusted around the objects. Only half of our piano was dusted. Although we appreciated his organization and friendliness, we have hired a different company to clean our house monthly.
