Customers generally praise MaidThis for punctuality, responsive communication, and efficient booking, noting that cleaners often handle specific requests and move-in or move-out tasks effectively. However, low-star reviews highlight recurring issues with inconsistent thoroughness, where surfaces were missed or designated priorities went uncompleted. Several clients also criticized the pricing as high relative to the quality of work received, with some reporting unresolved billing problems after cancelling services.

Just moved to LA and MaidThis Cleaning was so beyond helpful. I reached out on a Saturday and was able to have professional cleaners in my home at 8 o’clock Monday morning. They did a phenomenal job on the move in cleaning and are well worth the price.
