Our experience with Majestic Exteriors was outstanding. Nick was awesome to deal with. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Their prices were super competitive and the work was outstanding. They replaced our roof and installed a new gutter system. The work was outstanding, and the crews were reliable and timely. I was very pleased with the experience overall. The advice on design, the plan for execution, the skill of the individuals, safety practices and appropriate staffing. I had specific requirements on a few areas and those were met. Our project included roofing, siding, gutters, framing and masonry. Each craft had their own team, showed up on time, didn’t rush to leave and kept it neat. We would use them again.

Majestic Exteriors did a phenomenal job replacing our windows and siding! Tania, the owner, was wonderful to work with. She offered great advice and guidance throughout the process, and we really appreciated her knowledge and attention to detail. Her crew was hardworking and did beautiful work. A project like this is a big undertaking, and having the right people makes all the difference. We absolutely love how everything turned out and would highly recommend Majestic Exteriors to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a company they can trust.

We replaced our roof last year and all our windows 2 weeks ago with Majestic. They were professional and got both projects completed in a timely manner. They paid attention to detail and also did a great job leaving the site clean when they finished. We definitely recommend them!

I wish I could give this company zero stars. We had our roof for 23 years. No issues. No leaks. But definitely wear and tear and needed to be replaced. We didn’t want to wait for a leak to happen to replace our roof so we were proactive. We had our roof replaced by Tania (owner) and her team 8/26. On 8/27, less than one day with our new roof we had rain and ended up with 4 leaks in our home. I called Tania right away and her initial reaction was to laugh as if this was some kind of joke. She said she’d send someone right away. It took 2 hours. After our roof was assessed we were told it’s because the shingles that were used are a lot thicker then the ones used 23 years ago. Due to our roofing being fairly flat the water sat in the shingles, backed up and caused a leak. Prior to using and choosing majestic exteriors we had 5 other contractors come out and explained to us this part of our roof would be an issue and a specific plan was needed to do this portion of our roof. We told Tania this and she reassured us she knew exactly what she was doing. Clearly not. For a company that had done “800-900 roofs” and has been in business for over two decades how did they not know how to do my roof. It took this company having to do my roof completely wrong for them to figure out the correct way to do it. So now on 8/28 my husband now needed to take off work and I needed to find placement for our dog because he cant be home while their spending all day redoing our roof due to the noise and his anxiety. Inconvenience. We are told one of the leaks was caused by a 50 year old pipe that stuck out of our roof and it’s our job to replace it because it’s old and it’s not their fault that they ripped up the tare that was holding it sealed , the sealant of course was going to be removed when they were removing the old shingles. But how are we suppose to know that? Where was the communication ? The forewarning ? There was nothing. The company did end up taking care of this. Very disappointed in the way this company handled the aftermath of their mess. Instead of just owning up to it and apologizing the owner Tania would talk over me tell me how she had to cancel other projects on the 8/28 because she had to redo our roof and get another garbage truck and her team has to drive all the way to Edison to pick up all this material they need. She went on about how this roof cost her more money and didn’t ask us for a cent to fix the problem they caused. Tania continued to act like she was inconvenienced and acted like she was doing us a favor. My ceiling was also ruined from the amount of water that was pouring in my living room. They had to come out and paint my ceiling as well. Another day of inconvenience. Again not one apology from the owner. My contract said shingles. I did not end up with shingles. My roof looks absolutely ridiculous. I was given no other options. I asked Tania about pitching my roof so I could use shingles and she said “that’s thousands of dollars you would have never done that.” This company cause us nothing but stress and inconvenience but the way Tania was and spoke to me made it 1000% worse. Please stay far away from this company.

We could not be more pleased with our new deck. Majestic and all their amazing people took great care of us in every step of the process. The workers who showed up each day worked tirelessly despite the terrible heat and a deck that was right in the sun! They always treated us and our home with respect. Tania and Zach listened to our needs beforehand and made sure we were pleased at the end of the process. They were communicative through the process and we could not be more happy with the end product. Thank you everyone!

We highly recommend Majestic Exteriors. The team installed new French doors for our walk-out basement, a new front door and sidelights, new railings for our front steps, and new window shutters. Not only did our home's appearance improve significantly, but it also got the functional upgrade it sorely needed.
