Customers frequently cite punctuality, thorough cleanup, and fair pricing for services like tree removal, trimming, and stump grinding. Recurring themes highlight professional communication and efficient execution, often resulting in high satisfaction. However, some low-star reviews indicate issues with following specific cutting instructions, failing to honor quoted prices, and requesting advance payments without providing verifiable proof of completed work.

We had an excellent experience with this tree removal service from start to finish. They arrived right on time, were professional and courteous, and did an outstanding job. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent — they kept us informed, answered all our questions, and made everything easy and stress-free.
The tree removal itself was done efficiently and professionally, but what really impressed us was the cleanup. They took great care to leave the property looking neat and clean.
We couldn’t be happier with the service and the results. Reliable, professional, punctual, excellent communication, and meticulous cleanup — we highly recommend them!

I had Malachi come and remove half of a massive Banyan tree encroaching from my neighbors yard. What a professional! Shows up on time with advance notice, Professional workmanship, and very thorough. He and his crew left everything cleaned up, which is so nice even went to the extent Of washing off the patio before leaving I hope I can include photos. I’ve used many tree services and Malachi‘s is top-notch!

I have a tree that is starting to uproot, and needs to be completely taken down. Quoted a really good price for full tree removal compared to what I’ve heard other people pay other companies for easier removals. I could not afford the full tree removal, so have to work on it in sections. Got an excellent trim job to make the tree safer for still an excellent price. Did exactly as they said they would. And a really nice cleanup job at the end. Will definitely have them return to finish the removal. Highly recommend. Thanks crew!

I showed him exactly where I wanted my tree to be cut. He came back with his crew 3 hours later and started cutting off lower branches I did not ask him to cut. He then told me he was doing me a favor because they were dead, rather than admit his fault in not following my instructions. They were not dead, and equally important it’s my tree, not his.
He read my review and asked me to change it to 5 stars for a discount.
