Customers frequently cite punctual appointments, clear communication, and competitive pricing as key benefits of Malang Pest Control’s services, which address issues like rodents, ants, and spiders. Technicians are often described as knowledgeable and thorough in explaining treatments and safety precautions for pets. However, recurring criticisms highlight limited weekday-only availability, ineffective treatments for some pests, and unresolved billing or communication errors.

Amazing Work! I’ve used their service for over a year and I’m so grateful for the maintenance program. I have successfully got rid of my rodent problem. The wonderful customer service that Aaron provided it’s so heartwarming and I know my dogs are safe when they are using their products.

Absolutely yes
Wow! fantastic. We are grateful for your kind remarks.
Great company. Jeff was so accommodating in such short notice. I called for the first time, got an unbelievable low quote and a technician was out within a couple hours. Malang Pest Control was the cheapest quote I received out of 8 other companies I called. And the only company that answered my call and got back to me right away. The service technician was super nice and very knowledgeable. He took time to go through my house inside and out thoroughly with the ant bait everywhere there were ants. Even though it has been raining, the ants are disappearing. I am very pleased and will continue with their services.
You are awesome Michelle. We are greatful for clients like you. Best in everything.
