Prompt response by Malone. Instead of the endless filtering with AI plumber site asking the same questions for information. Called Malone receiving a kind human voice who quickly assessed our needs to schedule the same day. Shane was very friendly and a knowledgeable plumber giving us multiple options while effectively using technology to expedite an estimate. The work was expertly done on new shower plumbing the following day and the site cleaned. We were amazed.
