Google reviewers rate the company five out of five stars, frequently citing efficient handling of local and long-distance moves, careful wrapping of items, and prompt arrival times. Recurring positive themes include professional communication, upfront billing, and the ability to manage large households or difficult items like antiques. Criticisms in lower-rated reviews mention a lack of urgency, staff inexperience with specific tasks, and pre-existing truck damage causing issues. Some customers also noted a minimum time requirement for small jobs and inconsistent subcontracted crews.

Moved within Seattle. Great experience, they moved me quickly and efficiently and even fixed my coffee table which had been broken for months. Thanks!
