**Excellent Experience with Manatee Ladies Cleaning\! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**
I recently had my first cleaning service with Manatee Ladies Cleaning, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience\!
My cleaning team consisted of two wonderful ladies, both named Blanca — Blanca Herrera and Blanca Casco\. I affectionately referred to them as **“Team Blanca\!”** They arrived around 8:30 a\.m\. and worked diligently until approximately 12:30 p\.m\. They were professional, pleasant, thorough, and clearly took pride in their work\. My home looks and feels wonderful, and there’s even a lovely, light, fresh scent throughout the house\.
Toward the end of their visit, supervisor Ana Carolina stopped by to inspect their work and make sure everything met the company’s standards\. She was very pleasant and even brought a thoughtful little gift — a mug, jam, a piece of candy, and some delight fragrance \. Such a nice personal touch\!
Another feature I particularly appreciated was the excellent communication\. The company notified me when the cleaning team was on its way, provided photographs identifying who would be arriving, and even offered a map showing their location and progress toward my home\. These details provide an added sense of security and professionalism\.
From beginning to end, this was a very positive experience\. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the cleaning, the attention to detail, and the courtesy shown by everyone involved\.
I’ve already scheduled my next cleaning for November and look forward to continuing with their services\.
**Thank you, Team Blanca, Ana Carolina, and Manatee Ladies Cleaning, for a job very well done\!**
I would gladly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and thorough home, cleaning service\!
