Mandy listens to exactly what you want (and in our case, often what you don’t want) and somehow manages to deliver on your dream. She’s incredibly responsive, professional, inclusive, attentive, hilarious, and has the ability to drive everything forward while letting you enjoy the process of wedding planning in a way that nothing else would. Whether it’s the immaculate day-of execution, the deft handling of last minute changes/additions/edits/substractions, or the entire start-to-finish wedding planning process - Mandy was our life saver. SHe has an incredible network of absolutely fantastic vendors that are as excited to work with her as you will be, and she somehow knows exactly what your tastes are and presents offerings and options catered to them. We can’t recommend her enough, and we’re running out of characters anyway so we’ll just say - hire her for everything and anything. It’s the second best decision you’ll ever make (after choosing to marry each other, of course).

If you're looking for someone who can do far more than execute a wedding checklist, Mandy Scott should be your first call. Our cross-cultural and multi day wedding, brought together multiple cultures, a large blended family, different generations, and plenty of strong personalities...all with very different communication styles and expectations. Mandy somehow made all of it feel coordinated, calm, and joyful. She ran an exceptionally tight ship from start to finish while handling what felt like a constant stream of last-minute changes without ever making us feel like anything was unraveling. Whether it was adjusting timelines, coordinating countless vendors, interfacing with families who had a lot of perspectives/inputs, solving problems before we even knew they existed, or keeping everyone aligned, she consistently projected confidence and steadiness. What impressed us the most was her deft ability to navigate busy families, hectic schedules, colorful family dynamics, competing priorities, and the inevitable moments of stress. Mandy met each person where they were, and was equally effective with vendors, family members, and us as a couple. She also connected us with an incredible network of trusted vendors, many of whom became instrumental in making our wedding weekend so memorable. Having someone who knows not only who to recommend but also how to bring the entire team together is an enormous advantage. By the time our wedding weekend arrived, Mandy wasn't simply our planner, she was a trusted advisor, and that empowered us as a couple to simply step into the love of the weekend and live in the moment. Not fret, but enjoy ourselves and the community convened under her planning. If you're deciding between planners, I'd choose Mandy again without hesitation. She combines meticulous organization, thoughtful leadership, outstanding vendor relationships, and genuine care for her clients. Our wedding was better because of her, and I can't recommend her highly enough.

I first worked with Mandy in 2014 on a three-day Indian wedding at the Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa, and have had the privilege and pleasure of working with her on numerous weddings in the years since. Mandy Scott is, without question, one of the most well-respected planners and designers in the San Francisco Bay Area—and for good reason. As a wedding photographer, the moment I see Mandy's name on a wedding, it instantly becomes one I'm looking forward to that season. First and foremost, she values the client experience above all else. I can't count the number of times a couple has gushed about feeling like guests at their own wedding. Mandy was the wedding planner of our dreams. We had a beautiful, dreamy wedding in wine country at a venue we loved. She's incredibly adept, swift to answer, and extremely knowledgeable about everything wedding-related. Weddings are a plethora of overwhelming small decisions; she guided us through each and every one with grace and composure, and never pushed anything on us that we didn't want. As a couple, we had a few family-related crises come up in the months leading up to our wedding, and Mandy helped us deal with all the bumps in the road not only quickly and effectively, but also with a sense of calmness that was always reassuring, which was in retrospect very important during those times.
